Dina Meyer was raised and born in Forest Hills Queens New York. Before she finished the junior high school, she moved to Queens to Dix Hills Long Island. Her two brothers are Gregory, her elder brother, and Evan. Modeling was her first job in the industry. She did it from age nine to sixteen. Her acting education began with The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York and studied Sanford Meisner's techniques for acting together in conjunction with Ron Stetson, for about three years.
